My style is holistic which means mind, body, spirit, and connection with nature are welcomed into each session. I primarily practice eco-therapy and incorporate somatic and relational approaches alongside having a space to learn concrete skills.

What You Can Expect From Therapy With Me:

  • Time together outdoors during our sessions and an incorporation of connection with nature in each session

  • Encouragement to connect more deeply to other natural beings in your daily life

  • Practices and skills to support in navigating and experiencing emotions and stressors

  • Grounding skills & tools to be with thoughts, feelings, or sensations, especially if they feel intense or uncomfortable

  • Practices for re-connecting with your body, your emotions, your spirit, and nature when you may feel disconnected

  • Space to process experiences that may be impacting your ability to feel a sense of belonging or self-worth

  • Space to process and move through experiences of relational ruptures or conflict

  • Practices to support self-compassion and self-worth

  • Place to explore, in mind, body, and spirit, the impact of grief, loss, or transitions in life

I believe in integrating and honoring the whole self in each session and in honoring the innate connection that we all have to other natural beings. I have witnessed and believe that great healing is possible, for both us and the planet, when we feel belonging with the world around us. I will be an active participant on our journey together, bringing my full self to the work and also engaging as an active listener.
